1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jilijoy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilijoy ("we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jilijoy website located at jilijoy.net, including all related services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the jilijoy platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jilijoy platform.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilijoy or any affiliated entity, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.

jilijoy reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jilijoy services, you are required to create a personal account via the jilijoy Login page. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to promptly update such information whenever it changes.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on jilijoy at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your jilijoy login username and password.
• All activities, transactions, and wagers placed through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notifying jilijoy immediately via our support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits & Payments

jilijoy accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to the transaction limits and processing times outlined below:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review. jilijoy does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts and are not used for operational purposes. jilijoy does not pay interest on player balances. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100. Maximum single withdrawal: ₱200,000 per transaction. Higher amounts may require additional verification and processing time.
• jilijoy targets GCash withdrawal processing within 10 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

jilijoy reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of security checks, verification of identity, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jilijoy offers various bonuses and promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Typical wagering requirements at jilijoy range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within this period will be forfeited without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the previous bonus and its associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: jilijoy employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing hedged bets across outcomes to guarantee rollover completion, using multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional errors. Any detected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jilijoy platform — including slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, roulette, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or game information panel.

jilijoy uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.

• Live dealer games are conducted in real time with physical cards, wheels, or equipment, overseen by trained dealers and subject to independent monitoring.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by jilijoy's trading team. jilijoy reserves the right to void markets in the event of proven match manipulation, data errors, or force majeure events.

• Where there is a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server-recorded result, the server-recorded result shall be deemed correct and final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilijoy platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing any person under 21 to access your account.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access, play, or interact with the platform.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your jilijoy account credentials to any third party.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilijoy platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any jilijoy content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology underlying the jilijoy platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilijoy, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data due to network interruption or technical failure.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers (e.g., GCash, BPI).
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including game odds, RTP data, or promotional materials.
• Any losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform, whether attributed to technical error, human error, or game outcome.

The jilijoy platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable to regulated gaming activities.
